Joelle: Hour

So, I'm kinda annoyed.

You and I are average, everyday Americans.
Alex is the step above us; the average, non-typical American.
Melissa Anelli is even above that; the whimsical, non-typical American.
And JK Rowling is, well... Scottish. Enough said.

So, therefore you and I get to see Harry Potter at 12:00 AM the day it's released.
According to logic, Alex should see Harry Potter three hours after us, at 12:00 AM Pacific time.
And Melissa Anelli is special so she got to go to the premiere on the 9th
And JK Rowling was involved in the whole project so she can see it whenever she wants.

BUT NO.
California says, "Hayy guise, wanna screw time zones?"
To which the people of California say, "OH YES."
And THEN they decide they'll show Harry Potter at 8 PM Pacific, or 11 PM Eastern.
11 PM.
That's AN HOUR BEFORE US.

Now, I'm just hoping beyond hope that Alex for some reason couldn't get into the showing his friends were going to,
Which was at 2 PM Pacific. -_- nofair.
Bre, Matt, and all the rest of his tour buddies saw it 7 hours before we get to.
Which is shit, btw.
But NOW, even if he DIDN'T get into that one (and I'm sure he did),
He could just go at 8 and see it the HOUR BEFORE US.

This wouldn't piss me off nearly as much if it was at 9 PM.
That way everything's even around the country,
But nope. 8.

We should move to the UK.
And get it the week before ANYONE in America.

P.S.-

Update:
Alex went to the midnight show because he's a good boy.
I think he sensed my disappointment that he'd see it before me.

Joelle: AND THE WORST NEWS EVER. DX

Dude.
I'm not even joking.
Panic! at the Disco is splitting.

This is the worst news EVAR.
I may actually cry. In all honesty.

First they kick Bryan out of the band.
Then they take the ! out of Panic!
And now... Jon and Ryan are leaving.

What did I do to deserve this?

Please, shoot me now.
I want this era to end on my deathday.

But in good news, I find out that Alex liked Panic! at the Disco.
I was a bit worried. Most people find them overrated and sucky.
I LOVE THEM ALOT. <3

P.S.- I'm going to see Blink-182, Fall Out Boy, and Panic! on August 12th at Hershey Park. Tickets are $55 if you wanna come.

Joelle: To make up for A WEEK. :|

WHY DID I LEAVE FOR A WEEK, PLZ. DX

I don't even know where to start.
Jesus. Alright. I'll start with the beach.

I can't really remember anything.
All I remember is how much of a little shit my cousin was
And playing cards at 2 AM.

My cousin, Luka Grgurovich (that's seriously his name), made the entire week worthy of suicide.
He doesn't listen. He kicks. He bites. He wakes people up in the morning.
And his shithead parents are like "Awe, isn't he cute?"
Meanwhile, the rest of the 25 people there are like "NO, HE'S A LITTLE SHIT."
He's 7. And he's the worst thing to happen to the Jacoski family. Ever.
I can't even express the shittiness of this kid.

And I played cards.
It was me, my brother (Doug), my cousin (Nate), and my cousin (Abby).
We played Asshole. From 12 AM to 2 AM.
It's funny to see everyone's personality come out over a good game of Asshole.
Never realized that my brother is such a cocky loud-mouth. XD

Other than that, I was mostly left out of everything.
My sister was a bitch and... well, I told you about her.
But I went to this place called "Scarborough Faire"
Where I got a stuffed Fox. YES.
And there's was this wood store.
And there were Bears. EVERYWHERE.

We also went to the Dunes.
The Dunes are these MASSIVE mounds of sand that people enjoy climbing for some reason.
I climbed one and died at the top.
Being out of shape FTW!

ALRIGHT. Moving on.
I'M HAPPY YOU WERE HAPPY.
And I'm happy you got to spend all that time with Dillion.
Even if it didn't end as well as it could have.
And dude, my eyes are brown.
The only change in color is from poop brown to tree bark to black death.

And now it's my turn to get all mushy and go on forever about my favorite part about Alex.
As much as I love that beer belly, I have to say that my favorite part about Alex is how much weird stuff happens to make me love him even more.
Do you know how much thought I've put into trying to understand why I feel like this about him?
I've probably wasted a good week of my life if you add up all the minutes.
Anyway, I'll tell it in story form.
And this is what I think happened. I can't really remember what happened, but with the evidence I've collected, this is as close as I can get to the truth.

Last year, I found a wondrous and remarkable thing called Wizard Rock. It started with the Moaning Myrtles. Lauren Fairweather to be right on the money. I know it's probably cruel to have favorites within a band, but, hey, what can you do? So, I went through one of my phases with Lauren. These phases lead to mass amounts of picture hunting and they usually last about two weeks. (This is also why the memory on my computer fills rather quickly, but that's another story.) This also leads to my first time ever laying eyes on Alex. There's a photo album on the Moaning Myrtles' myspace with pictures of them wandering around with other people. So, yeah, there's Lauren, there's Nina, Nina's boyfriend, random college friends. Total, four girls, three boys. Now, I assume the boys each with their arms wrapped around a girl are in some sort of relationship with them. But who's that unattractive-but-yet-still-kinda-cute-boy-with-curly*-hair-and-flare-jeans clutching his own breast? Why, that's the lead singer of The Remus Lupins, Joelle, and by Jove, you'll never be the same again now that you've laid eyes on him. Well, needless to say, I kinda sensed another phase coming on. The very same day, I began stalking him. This (on the left, there) is one of the first pictures I ever collected of him. It's also one of my favorites of all time. I started to notice this wasn't a phase when I realized just how much we really had in common. I mean, my obsession with JDepp faltered after Sweeney Todd came out and he was onto some movie that I wouldn't be able to see 'cause it was rated R. But with Alex, I just kept finding little things that made me more and more interested. And naturally, the fact that we both love Harry Potter was a magnet. From what I can tell, month six is when it starts to get creepy. That's when I realize that I don't want anyone but him. I'm completely over giving second looks to boys at school and finding the birthdays of young actors in movies in really famous people. I also started keeping a diary in January. Between a phase about Heath Ledger, a phase about Neil Patrick Harris, a phase about William Beckett, and your everyday teenage girl ramblings, there's always something about him. Here's one from February 9th- "It's been months. This isn't one of those 'Oh, I like you this month, but I'll be over it soon.' No. This has been going on since July. That's over six months. All the way from 'Bears' to his most recent 'Magic Kingdom.' He's such a girl sometimes. I love it. And so many times I've tried to hate him, but I can't. I've tried to trick myself into believing he's bad, but t never works out. He drives me insane, I swear. Sam's all over him and there's a monster inside me that wants to kill her. And those dreams. They kill me. I live for those dreams. I prey for them every night. There's only ever been four and I could tell you exactly what each was about but I'm out of space." Yeah. Every little thing he does make my stomach erupt into butterflies.

*it was a humid day. His hair is not curly. It is wavy at the worst.

I don't love 'im 'cause I think he's pretty.
I think he's pretty 'cause I love him.
It's the things he does that make him adorable.
It's the day he wears his Dr. Seuss shirt.
It's the way he dances.
It's his love of Star Wars.
It's him when he is Remus Lupin.
It's the stupid little things he does when he's drunk.
It's when he doesn't look at the road when he's driving. (and I get really mad and bitch about how he'll never be the driver when we're married.)
It's how unspeakably, incredibly, depressingly gay he acts.

MOVING ON AGAIN.
It's 2 AM.

But I wanted to tell you about how I started loving Harry Potter.

I was about 7 when the movie for Chamber of Secrets came out on DVD.
And my babysitter for the summer watched many children at once.
And when the young kids would take a nap, I'd watch Chamber of Secret on pay-per-view.
Every. Single. Day.
I loved that movie so much, I cannot even express it.

Anyway, like I said, it's 2 AM. I can't do this anymore. I'm spell checking then going to bed.
I'll do more tomorrow, I promise. <3

Grace: is a little upset but a lot of happy.

so Friday was the Sayre fireworks as you may have already known. it was odd, because the last time I went it was my last day with John and my first day of Dillon.

anyway, me and Dillon got there extremely early because we had nothing else to do. we walked around and had some burgers, and then walked around some more. we ended up later on finding a spot in the very front, using my jacket as a blanket we watched fireworks and stuff.

and it started to rain, more like a mist, so we stood up and watched fire works. of course we kissed during the finale, a lot. we walked around town because we couldn't his grandmas house and thats where the car was.

eventually we found the car and drove home and I did end up spending the night. I wasn't tired so Dillon offered a book and I was like... the first Harry Potter! and so I just read that most of the night, well, until 1. in the morning. I got to chapter 3... I was aiming to finish. he had the small paper back version and it didn't look intimidating... that book is magic in itself, Jesus.

so anyway, the next day was great. woke up around 7 AM for no reason, maybe because of the ridiculously loud neighbors or something. but I eventually fell back asleep until 840 something, normally Dillon is up by 8, so I wondered if he was up or not. after being really impatient I got up and went to his room and laid next to him in bed. I love his room, its so comfy. he woke up and stuff, and I had to go downstairs because if I was found in there we'd be in big trouble. he came down a billion years later it felt like and joined me on the sofa in his basement.

we had breakfast (eggs and ham and some toast) and then went back downstairs and listened to a Beatles record. Dillon eventually left for a shower, and his mom and dad left to take his dog, Petey, to get his hair cut. Dillon takes long showers so I fell asleep for another hour and when he came down I think we just watched tv or cuddled. I decided since Petey was back I should take a shower so I did, then I don't even know. It's sort of scrambled but at some point I had a Lean Pocket. we had dinner, and then took a walk to the D&R. we sat and he took a minute to remember my order: small chocolate twist in a bowl with rainbow sprinkles and a water. he just got a twist on a cone.

we walked home after eating and decided on swimming which we never actually did.

Joelle, omg. I had this weird girly mood swing thing and when we were watching T.V I just started crying for no reason, just looking at him made me start BAWLING and I had no idea why. I just felt like something in me was like... he left me or soemthing, and I was like. lets just go a bit early (taking me home) and drive around. so we did and even looking at his stuff and house and hearing his voice and laugh made me want to bawl. but I couldn't because his mom was there and I just was like wanting to hug his dogs and everything the whole "good-bye" bit, so when we got in the car we listened to Lua by Bright Eyes which made me BAWWWWWWWWWL and I just couldn't stop and I leaned against him and he had his arm around me and said I got you", which always makes me feel better.

he drove to Waverly and to the park and we sat on a bench and laughed as people all around us were shooting off fireworks, literally everywhere you looked you could see some. we eventually had to go, hopped in the car at 920 and left for my house.

we always take this back road to my house so we did, and we stopped at the very top of my hill and got out and walked along the country road, the sky was beautiful, the moon nearly full and bright, and in the distance you could see Waverly(?) and tiny fireworks in the sky. you know where I'm talking about since you road my bus, there's that road with a long red barn on it, and stuff... well there's also a lake on the land and it was all so beautiful, just a great reminder of how wonderful the country can be.

this is where my night gets tricky, and upsetting. we drove to my house and I wasn't sure if my mom would be home yet or not, she went to the races. I went inside to pee and had Dillon come inside with me because even though I knew she'd be back eventually that night I still didn't want to be alone for some reason. Dillon called his mom and she said I could stay another night so I wrote a note and we went back home.

I was worried the whole ride home but also happy. it was like a dream, being able to go back to his house with him, sitting in the car wtih him it was good.

I called mom eventually and it just sank, I cried on the phone and said 'bye, and she came to get me. I just couldnt stop crying. Dillon was waiting outside the bathroom door and came in to hold me and breathed in my ear to keep me calm but I just didn't want to be calm I was upset I felt horrible.

he lead me to the guest room and we sat on the bed and I cried some more and then we talked and I cried and his mom came up and I tried explaining things to her but she just wouldn't get mad at me and I wish she would because then I would be able to say it was my fault it was just me being eager to spend another night with them.

I sort of wish someone would blame me.

so that's why I'm typing this whole blog, because I'm home now, it's Sunday, and I've been a bit upset all day, trying to sleep the day away because I shouldn't be here.
I should be with him.
